Terms & Software License

1. Product

RestoMargin Professional is digital software delivered as spreadsheet-based files, guides, demo material, and associated updates or downloads.

2. License

Unless a different license is stated at checkout, purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one business location. Employees and contractors working for that location may use the product for that business. The product may not be resold, sublicensed, shared publicly, uploaded to template marketplaces, or redistributed as a competing product.

3. Ownership

RestoMargin and its underlying design, formulas, documentation, branding and intellectual property remain owned by the rights holder. Purchase grants usage rights, not ownership of the intellectual property.

4. Updates

Version 1.x updates may be included for licensed customers. A future major version may be offered separately.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate business data, keeping backups, reviewing warnings, checking tax treatment, and verifying allergen/dietary information before customer-facing use.

6. No accounting, tax, legal or food-safety advice

RestoMargin is a decision-support tool. It does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, food-safety professional, or jurisdiction-specific compliance review.

7. Availability and compatibility

We aim to support current mainstream spreadsheet environments described in the product materials, but third-party software updates can affect display or behavior. Support will address reproducible product defects within the supported environment.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RestoMargin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from business decisions, inaccurate user inputs, third-party platform changes, tax changes, supplier changes, or failure to maintain backups. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
